  I am the only facing do anyone too face the same ....mine model is v35 only a customer who brought it from US to use in INDIA by paying the customs WITH lot of EXPECTATIONS after my purchase by very soon lg released upgraded model...
  
  The only reason I purchased in US is product quality check and here in India i purchased three time lg v30+ my dream phone everytime manufacturing defects and returned... also complained several times #LG
