الـسلام عليكم من فضلك جهازي ريدمي نوت 12 برو نسخة ال 4G هل سيحصل على تحديث اندرويد 14 ارجو الـرد

انا اشتريت هونر اكس ٩ بي للأسف الـجهاز سخن جدا كأنه قطعه حديد مولعه وبعد كده فصل شبكه لمده ٤ساعات ونصف وبيهنج وبعد كده رجع زي الاول ولما وحت للتوكيل قال انه هنزل سوفت للجهاز ويشوف..... ولكن انا رفضت ان جهاز جديد وينزله سوفت ليه اشتكيت في حمايه الـمستهلك وكان رد حمايه الـمستهلك انه قال اني لازم اسيب الـجهاز عندهم علشان يكون تحت الاختبار ولو الـتوكيل قال ان الـجهاز سليم يبقى خلاص استلم جهازك..... ولما قولتله ان معايا فيديوهات تثبت صحه كلامي للأسف مش معترفين بيه..... مع الـعلم ان توكيل سامسونج بيقول ان في احتمال كبير الـعطل ميتكررش تاني فا اي فيديو معاك يثبت صحه كلامي وبالـتالـي سامسونج بيعرف بالـفيديوهات الـلي تثبت وجود أي عطل موجود بالـتليفون...... أما هونر للأسف لا..... للأسف هونر وكيلها مش كويس...... وانا ادبست في الـجهاز
