Hi. I know this is an oppo review but can someone tell ne if the samsung A35 is a good phone to get. I need to upgrade but really confused of which new phone to get. I currently have a Xiaomi 10S lol. I do fashion design so im constantly on apps, creating things, researching on google, taking pics and videos of my work etc and need lots of storage always coz my storage is always full lolz. Oppo really has lost the plot. The Oppo Reno 8 pro I had FELT like a top of the range phone, it was metal and glass on all sides. It had a decent chipset that did not struggle with daily tasks and was actually good in the games I played. More importantly it was cheaper than the equivalent opponent like the Samsung s23 or the Vivo v20 back then. nah Oppo has lost what made them good.

They sacrificed in the things that did not matter too much back then like a camera without OIS, now they are doing the exact opposite and making the phone feel cheap while putting stupid things forward like "AI" marketing nonsense instead of improving on what made them stand out against the competition.

got mine just today(Oppo Reno12 Pro) i live in France, and it frustrates me a lot to not have a charger or a case in the box, I bought it for 440 euros, the phone has everything except the chipset, in my opinion, they blew it in that area, I don't care about games(I will use mine mainly for social media, my whole library of music, and books) but still, a Mediatek 8200 would have been a perfect fit, the one with 9200 the China version is too expensive it cost 590 euros + 40 euros of shipping fees.

Read it has 3840hz pwm dimming. It's good for the eyes. When will gsmarena mention pwm dimming (or dc dimming)? Amoled or oled causing problems to our eyes is a real issue. That's why many manufacturers are improving pwm every year. If it doesn't hurt your eyes now, one day it will...

did you people get problem as well on copying files from Phone to PC using typeC cable? I can do the opposite though and its charging properly. Done all Troubleshooting but to no avail. I only now use Shareit or Filezilla instead. Still, copying through wired is faster.

One plus 12R seems better and with less bloatware and hidden first and 3rd party spyware that you have to opt out. The only clear downside for the 12R is the UFS 3.1 storage vs the 4.0 of the F6 pro but i wonder if it makes that much of a difference in real world perf.

I satisfied the POCO but the camera was being late date among other competitors.

Sorry, but this battery drain time is strange, as I've seen better performance in other videos compared to the X6 Pro, which in your review has better drainage.

The poco and redmi lines of phones appeal the most to people who are already existing users of these phones. They are unlikely to defect and explore other phones because poco and Redmi lines are very good in putting up specs vs affordability sheets and building up bucket phones. Which is what their target consumer groups want in life.

Nothing negative here. Just a bit boring and predictable thats all because you can predict what they want to use and buy most of the times and the poco and redmi phone design are very generic most of the times thats all.

POCO F6A Is worth so much more. Less expensive but provides better surface quality. Yes it's performance isn't as good but it is good enough compared to the price and it's newer. The only disadvantage is the camera HOWEVER you have to realise POCO goes for performance not camera that's why it is cheaper
