@user_6664duomhamakiaslod How much is it? ❤ |
Shoutout to all my haters at 00:19 - love ya ✌😅 ----- Moto G Play (2024) on Amazon: https://amzn.to/42JbfBY The best microSD card for storage: https://amzn.to/3T0JIIW I think at this orice its a nice phone and one other similar option can be OnePlus n10. I read a review online about this phone, and the person was complaining about only being able to charge it while it was turned off. Do you know if that is true? I got this phone as part of a Tracfone plan for free from HSN about 2 years ago. Android 11, 64 GB storage, 4 GB ram . Android/Tracfones are the only thing I buy from HSN. As far as computers and phones, everything else sold by HSN is a rip off. Delaware County, PA 2024-03-27 Thank you for sharing While is version of the g Play is much improved and this is a great review, the Samsung A15 4G International is a few dollars more on Amazon USA and has 6 GB of RAM, 1080 x 2340 resolution Oled screens, NFC and infinitely better updates and security patches - amongst many more better features. I am a lifelong Moto user for my personal phone, but just got the Samsung. Motorola is just too far behind. I know they didn't 32 gb and u can't save ur game to sd card como on moto beautiful phone no storedge Hold up! Did anyone else see the rumors about a Moto G64Y with Dimensity 7020? 5G for the masses? #MotoG64Y I just got my Moto G Play 2024 delivered and haven't "set" it up yet. I use the phone with Consumer Cellular so I think I need to have them transfer everything from my Moto G Play 2021 phone. My question is, when I called Consumer Cellular, they immediately recognized my phone number and asked if I was ready to activate my SIM card, but I backed out because I didn't know if all of my contacts, photos, etc. would be transferred over to my new phone. It appears this new phone doesn't need a new SIM card, so I'm confused.... do you think everything will automatically be transferred to my new phone, or do I have to go into a Target store and have a Consumer Cellular rep do the setup? I'll buy this as an back up. Thanks for an awesome review! Same phone selling in india with a name moto G04 in less than 100$ Mercedes why you remove my comment? Definently Motorola that is our victory walkie talkie( Croat army) and normaly again with Motorola 6:42 Yeah, the G Play (2023)'s 90Hz panel looked more like 45Hz. That phone has less storage space and ram tbh unless they an option to pick more storage space with more ram Realized in this video just how good your work is. Keep it up. Truly to the point. Bro just did his job. Don't mind them. Helio G36 is totally trash. Even if you ask MKBHD, he'll definitely say that the G Play 2023 is really slow even at the basic apps like messaging, or taking photos. So you see, the phone could not even do the basics without hiccups, and that's why I skipped buying that phone. Also, the 2024 version got drastic improvements. Thanks to these guys who criticized the 2023's performance my motorola phone has been acting weird for some time now. when i search google on my motorola phone for does motorola phone send data to china it won't bring up any of the results I click on - just shows status bar not progressing. maybe its google or my cell carrier not liking my search on this topic? either way I plan to replace this phone asap and probably switch my carrier at the same time. and why does google keep asking me every day to backup my photos to their servers and when I respond no they try to trick me into doing it anyway with next screen saying backup some of them then, with all of them checked off for backup and only a little x in the corner to cancel? hey google, you want my photos to train your AI and sell to 3rd parties then buy them I'm currently using a Pixel 4a, will this be a better phone all around than my current one? Anyone having issues with charging it? Xfinity $99.99 or in my case Xfinity is giving one to me for free. After watching your video 🤮 especially compared to my Samsung galaxy S22 ultra Used to love motorola fones. They were mainly manufactured in the US and were cool little fones. But now they are owned by chinese manufacturer lenovo, hence made in china. And the difference in quality really does show. Not to mention the obvious risks involved with chinese tech companies having to comply when their government wishes to spy on users of their devices. I see it as a sad end to what was once a promising and innovative company. RIP Motorola USA. Did Moto go back to letting you use the SD card as extra internal memory instead of what happened with the 2023 model where it was just a separate memory option? I havent used Motorola in years. Is this thr same Moto G Play as in Google Play, as how they used to do G Play editions back in the early 2010's? Thank you for reviewing this phone!! Love the honesty and that you reviewed such a cheap device. I am a nursing student and still have 6 months of school to go. I definitely can't afford to sign onto a new $1800+ device plan, so I just ordered this phone to get me through the next 6 months. Very glad to have found this video to know what to expect when it arrives to me. Thanks again!! When is the release date? very nice review but i wished that u covered gaming on it too 9:51 I really don't agree with this, the USB-A to USB-C cable can be used with way more chargers than the USB-C to USB-C cable, therefore making it more universal (which is the whole point of USB) and objectively better. As far as I know, only Samsung chargers use the USB-C to USB-C cable. 10:12 The depth and macro camera in last year's model were basically useless so 1 camera isn't that much of a deal breaker. The lack of an ultrawide lens and 4k video is normal at this price point and is a feature only found on midrange and flagship phones. After all, the iphone se 2022 which costs a lot more at $429 has no ultrawide lens and still only has 64gb of base storage so it's not that bad. How does this phone compare to the Motorola Moto G Stylus 4G/LTE (2023)? Stylus is $129.99 so it is cheaper currently to the G Play (2024). which is better, which has a better camera? Do you know how many times this phone resisted to pinch points and hits and then the big battery which it gives a plus for a day 😅 Currently using the g84, great phone for the price ❤ It seems like a smartphone for people who want to be reachable, and maybe some light use of social media..as well as watch movies all week long with that external 1TB storage Helpful. Thank you. As long as I can play cod mobile is all I care about lol Unpopular opinion Android 13 should have had a DBZ easter egg or reference. I hate the finger print sensor on the side. It's driving me nut it's on every phone these days. There's no denying this is still a budget phone with all of the caveats of one, but compared to last year's model, they really got their shit together. It's not even close. And when you consider it's still slated for three years of security updates, this is a phone I might actually recommend to someone who just wants the basics, and I haven't said that about Motorola in a long time. Thank you for the informative video. I was considering this phone or a moto G 5g 2023 phone. Any recommendations? Thanks Oh wow, I didn't know Motorola changed so much over the years. I last used them in the Moto Mod era. They had some really great phones at the time. The Moto Z Play was just barely weaker than a flagship phone of the time and it was talked about for its good update frequency which was thought to be because of its near stock Android version. Though I guess maybe the "G" line of the Play is more budget than the Z Play? I wonder if the pho dual camera setup on this phone is a future cost saving measure to keep this series price down. In the future they can keep using this shell, but add in a second camera. I got the moto g play 2023 a couple months ago and its horrible I wish I could get a different phone but I can't DO NOT BUY Thanks for the info I'm definitely not getting this phone Thanks for your honest reviews. I'm in the budget phones category and not tech savvy at all and appreciate an educated and honest review when I'm considering buying a new phone, without having to wade through what seem to be the plethora of 'sponsored' reviews that I find more confusing than anything else. Thank you for this I got so sick of my Amazon tablet this doesn't seem like such a bad buy. Might as well buy the moto edge (2022) for 140$ 💥💥How come you never reviewed the Motorola think phone or the razor Plus Finally motorola stopped usnig trash processors like the g37. I need to upgrade my mom's G6😂. Bought it in 2019 for cheap (120,00€). Need a replacement under 200€ max. Looking at the G24 and G play 24. Anything else? PS : Motorola preferably, you know, so the phone feels familiar to her Ok so the same phone model was recently launched in India named G04. It has latest Android 14, an IP52 rating, more vibrant color options, and comes with a charger and case included in the box, although the chip used is the decent Unisoc T606. Additionally, the price of the phone in India is lower when converted to US dollars approx 85$ and 10 bucks more for the 8/128 I feel like USB-A to Type-C is the better cable to include if they won't include a charger with it, since people are much more likely to have a random whatever USB-A charging brick, or even a fast charge capable USB-A one, like an old Samsung charger than to have a USB-C charging brick. In this case including another charging brick might not even be necessary, the same way the amount of cardboard in this package isn't. This is also definitely a much better phone than the A05. Not all motorola phone are the best but one of them are good but which one is recommended from motorola moto g series Very useful information. I love watching your videos cause it educateds me about all these different phones and inspires me to get into phones 📱✨ Possibly the biggest generational upgrade in history. Im not surprised that even motorola's entry level phone doesnt even include a charger Cool phone. I wish Motorola brought into $300 price range similar specs to Xiaomi Poco X6 - nice OLED screen, Snapdragon 7s gen 2 and fast 67 W charging plus retaining 3.5 mm headphone jack + 4 years of security updates. Poco x6 doesn’t offer good camera but it is a compromise. I don't understand how this phone only has 15w charging, which is an upgrade from last year, when my 2020 Motorola Moto E 2020 had 18w charging? What happened? Nhad stayed sway from Motorola phones after the so good Moto g power 2020. Because of the downgrade every year. Had to have s cheap phone while i had my great 4 year old LG g8x port fixed. I got the Moto g stylus 4g 2033 from att to use until i got it back. The mediatek G85 was so lagging and apps closing on their on . Not a good experience. Glad i only paid $59 from Walmart on a special deal. Sim back n my old flagship with the 855 snapdragon and will have to get a new phone soon but maybe the high in Moto edge on sale or Oneplus midrange phone with snapdragon processor. Don't like all these mediatek processors. My first smart phone was a Moto G (1st gen) a good phone for the money. A bad charging cable blew that phone, My dad had the same 1 it lasted a good 3 years after that. After me 1st when south (I got a 3rd and 4th gen) very poor replacements and Lenovo owned. They seemed to drop the ball with the Motorola name. My dad also got another Motorola phone (Lenovo owned time) that was rubbish as well. In 2017 I switch to Samsung as did my dad not long after. Never looked back. I can't believe even this $149 Motorola phone has a higher refresh rate than the iPhone 15 which costs more than 4x 😑😑 Hey I wanted to ask whether you buy the mobile phones yourself or get them from the companies. What about NFC? Not you too Motorola. Why are you following the trend of no charger in the box? I'm either gonna be buying the Motorola G Power 5G, Motorola G Stylus 5G, Motorola Edge 2023, Galaxy A54 5G, Galaxy A15 5G, Galaxy A25 5G. who in the world would call a nice guy like you mean names? Absurd!!! Anyways...great video Wade. Love the New Moto G play..Saw one in Best Buy, and tried it out.... Seems great. Hey I would love a Samsung A05s review (i liked your A05 but i hear the A05s is a bit better) and unboxing because I am looking into that phone and wanted to hear your perspective (btw great vid on Motorola :)) The new motorola moto g play 2024 is decent but good speakers and nice design and how much gb in motorola moto g play 2024 has Hey, thanks for the video and I guess my biggest criticism is the screen you gotta have a screen that’s decent enough to look at if it’s pixelated what’s the point It’s better than Samsung A05 👍 The G Play from last year was worse than the Samsung Galaxy A21s, which came out for the same price 3 years before with an even better performance. The new one looks much better. My last and only Moto Android phone was the Atrix 4G back in the day. The more critics it pushes them to do better Even if it's a budget device it still should be decent enough, even Samsung improved the a14 5g Please make a comparison between the Motorola G Play 2024 and the Samsung Galaxy A05s Incredible video. Don't mind the hateful comments. Putting up with the garbage companies serve and even going as far to attack critics is ridiculous. People need to understand that being complacent with this slop only causes stagnation. Criticism is what drives real change and improvement. Keep up the good work! At this price just buy the samsung a05 or a05s or the infinix hot 40 pro Motorola atrixa 4g was my first phone. 0:50 I swear even my S7 on Android 13 ran smoother than that.. and that phone was 7 years older than the G Play 2023 ○_○ It's a upgrade from last year. It's not for me though. I'm going to wait until they release the new power to decide if I'm going to keep my power 23. I heard the 2024 power may be a downgrade. If so I will just keep my phone. I love how these virtue signaling tech companies are always trying to spruik their green credentials, yet ironically (and more often cynically) the product itself is anything but environmentally friendly, or sustainable, or any other eco (psycho) babble label they'd like to try and use to convince us their product is "green" and they're not just rank hypocrites. Finally! There's a review for that phone! |
