  lenovo yoga smart tab has an echoing problem while calling. don't buy it and when I complained company said(Echo sound/sound issue can produced from Tab, due to speaker mode during calls only. This is not any hardware issue. We suggest you , kindly use earphone during calls. yes its a manufacturing defect and they are not accepting it

  I have the Lenovo yoga tab pro 3 with projector. I bought it in 2017 and for about a year had a great experience but by 2019 i got my last security date. I have factory reset it many many times and have changed from tp link to goggle nest.
  From 2019 Pokémon go no longer worked unless i sideloaded the apk, this was a daily task to install apk as the next day it stops working. In 2020 even a apk doesn't work for Pokémon go. Now i did not buy it for Pokémon go but i knew it played it kind of badly so i was expecting that, not to fully stop working. I bought it for YouTube, Netflix and prime and shopping.
  Since 2019 again after many factory resets the browsing experience was so choppy it was a joke and i do mean not usable in any reality. From 2019 to 2021 i would watch either YouTube, plex or Netflix in kitchen for breaky and every day for the 3 years my internet wifi on tablet would stop working. it would be light up full but it wouldn't work. sometimes turn off and on worked but mostly a reboot would fix wifi until the next day when i would repeat the process again 2.5 years daily.. It was like clockwork daily. And yes again it was on 2 separate systems a tp link system that worked for the rest of my devices flawlessly and in 2020 late a nest google system. But heres the really messed up part i don't understand to this day. I know Lenovo likes MacPhee but I'm on high alert because i dont like MacPhee. Yet it too 2 years of checking app draw, and notifications and apps in settings, after every reset and not finding MacPhee in any of those places draw, a place i though all android apps were installed too. Again 2.5 years later and im not a novice i found MacPhee, not in the app draw but cleverly hidden in the android settings deeply in a place you wouldnt find unless by accident., i say clever because you know what your doing. Your, lenova is trying to prevent users removing it because they know alot of users don't want MacPhee. Well in the android settings it allowed me to disable MacPhee or bloat ware and then uninstall it became a lite up option so yeh i clicked uninstall. Now remeber im not a novice but im also noit a programmer, i build about 20 systems every 5-10 years and i install windows and set preferances depending on what user wants, so i can find stuff. I always check app draw but i have also always checked apps in setrings, this is not where i found MacPhee antivirus bloatware.
  I have disabled MacPhee antivirus bloatware and removed it. Its been 3 weeks and the tablet feels brand new. Yes i dont have a security update past with 2019 and i bought it new in 2017.So that's disgusting Lenovo and probably the reason Pokémon go doesn't work but my wifi issue has gone, my Netflix and plex and prime play great even of there is no amazon shopping app (probably because i only g or got a security update and the last one in 2019 Again terrible support Lenovo.) on store for my Lenovo tablet. It is also a device i can actually use now. No joke MacPhee bloat ware antivirus really messed everything up. (tip don't put MacPhee antivirus bloatware on anything even if you own it and comments like this would never happen, as id have a ok running tablet instead of 2.5 years of no app in app store because its hidden away from you to find.
  What's super annoying to me is i love the tablet, all tablets should incorporate stands in them but only surface pro and lenova do, the rest use type cover bs. If the ipad pro 12 inch had a built in stand id be there. I want to buy another one of these tablets like this slightly updated one, i even want to buy a 9 i yoga 4k black leather because again sound bar ricks but are you gona force macphee on me again.
  You tube reviews claim macphee comes installed on i9. I hate that but if not hiden in some crafty way i could uninstall it l. I called your tech department last uear about this issue on the c940 and they told me you get to select if you want it installed on c940. Is that the same on 9i (if so maybe you need to force the revier userbase to reset tablet from start so they see proceedure) and lastly how many years you gona support your own gear with updates! Im not too concerned on a windows laptop after all its the 2.5 horrible years on your android yog tab pro 3 thats mad3 me go bacl to windows. Now if you do suport geat for 5-6 years then you sould compensate me as 2 years on updates and last security patch is a joke.

  I ordered a tablet on 6th Nov, after a days use decided it wasnt up to the job I wanted it for so I rang to arrange a collection, I was told I would get an email from TNT within 5-8 days, this time elapsed with no email from TNT, numerous emails, tweets and calls were made to "customer services" twice they cut me off, one lady said she was going to arrange an advanced refund and someone would contact me, I heard nothing so I rang again and was told the advanced refund had not been submitted, this phonecall lasted 34 minutes which involved being put on hold for a total of 19 minutes, these phonecalls were recorded and put on youtube
  
  This went on for 5 weeks, constantly blaming TNT, saying their booking systen has been down for several weeks, I contacted TNT and asked them about it and got this reply
  
  "I am sorry about your collection. I can advise our system for collection arrangement is operational and collections have been ongoing, we have had some temporary IT issues but these were resolved weeks ago."

  They breached UK Consumer Contracts Regulation for Distance Selling as they failed to refund within 14 days of the request to cancel, it took 6 weeks, they have completely ignored that so I submitted a formal complaint asking for compensation on the 10th Dec and as yet Ive heard nothing back, whenever I phone or email I get one of the following excuses

  I had to wait almost a month for refund, They told me they cancel my order and they didnt. and shipped me 2 identical laptop and charged me twice. took almost a month to refund me. had to call customer service 5 times. UNACCEPTABLE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! one of the customer service agent asked me "do you need a replacement or a refund" after i just told her my situation and that i needed a refund... Never i have I experienced such poor customer service. NEVER BUYING A LENOVO AGAIN DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE LOOK INTO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW BEFORE BUYING LENOVO ITS GOT 2 stars out of 5. You wont buy lenovo after you read their customer service review.
