  @2yammie if the phone is not already updated to 7.5 aka mango, you will need to do that first before you can put ringtones on it...however, there are also apps that are available that give you free ringtones with a wide selection to choose from...apps: myxer, and easyring, for example.

  @gmanuber im 13 and am in love with this phone lol. i m getting it at the end of the month. It wont be my first phone but i have looked at it in stores and it is not very complicated. It seems easy to use and is a pretty good first phone since it is alot like a regular messaging phone. i hope i helped :) if you change your mind the samsung evergreen is a really good first phone. my friend has it :)

  @ missmaxine91. i returned the quantum because of the camera. its ok but i really like taking pics and the focus's camera couldnt keep up. especially in low light conditions. i loved th rest of the phone tho. i ended up getting a samsun epic 4g. which is an awesomw phone as well.

  My quantum overheated and I could not even touch it to take the battery out as the AT&T forum suggested. All I could see was a black screen with the LG logo. I left it charging for a few hours and it worked fine. I like the phone but I am considering returning it because it can't support ringtones. Can any windows phone support ringones?

  You forgot to mention this one really unique feature that gets overlooked a lot. It's where you type in a series of numbers (called a phone number) and initiate a 2 way connection (called a phone call). Over the course of the "phone call" you usually communicate with the 2nd party via verbal cues (spoken language). There can be many things that impact this mode of communication. One of them being the call quality of the phone that you are using. 10 minutes...no word on call quality?
