  This phone is pretty decent I suppose. I've had a 2-year contract with it and it's got the job done, but I sure am ready for a new phone. It's great for texting and the call quality for me is so-so. It does tend to freeze a lot and randomly turns itself off at times. The battery power is slowly decreasing but I suppose this is because I've had it for 2 years. If you mainly just text and don't use the internet on your phone, I'd recommend it. Otherwise it's probably not the phone for you.

  @937mikaela If AT&T requires a data plan for a phone and you buy it on ebay or from someone, as long as you don't use their data, you are good. But if you try and use data via cellular network, they will bug you to sign a data plan.

  this phone is amazing and i loved it to death but it has problems as well. after having it for a few months, sometimes it turns off at random times when you slide the phone up to view the keyboard. also, sometimes when you slide keyboard up, the screed doesn't shift like it should. and sometimes the screene just goes out. i've had 6 versions of this phone because i love it so much but it just fucks up so much.

  two things with the web browser: one, you only need to single tap to pop up the menu two, if you click and hold it does auto zoom. thumbs up so more can see.

  only 500 contacts? That's a lot. The touch screen is horrible, the phone crashes a lot, and the battery life isn't too great. I wouldn't suggest this phone.

  i agree with you, people are hatin' about it, but, (sorry if im assuming wrong) this phone is probably designed for people aged 10-25. (social networking, IM, QWERTY for texting and fast layout)
