  For anyone with an XT912 with the cover over the terminals, here is what I had to do: Do the next teardown step in the video. This exposes the screws under the cover. If you're careful, you can do this with the frame still attached at the top of the phone. There is an orange rubber cover over the terminals that you'll want to put to one side for reassembly. The battery is stuck in with the same kind of adhesive tape that is behind the cover so you will have to lever the battery out and you might want to plan to replace the tape (I did not). The power buttin is also prone to falling out so be careful with that and note that it is only supposed to go in one way so make a note which way up it is.
  
  Other than that, it's exactly the same. The screws on the terminal are the same size as the black screws.

  I have the XT912 It is a little different than the xt910. My issue at this time is my physical power button. It is not turning my phone on or off. I have to take out my sim card or sd card and replace it for my power up lock screen to appear. I do not believe it is software , so I think that the solder on the board broke off and I would need to resolder it > has anyone had this problem and it was software?

  A customer of mine says he needs a new dititizer, due to having broken it. From what little I've read about this model, it sounds more like a broken LCD, but the customer claims it's just the digitizer he needs replaced. Ebay has just the digitizer for sale, but claims that removing the old LCD from the broken digitizer is very difficult. Do you have a video that shows how to replace the digitizer, only?

  This order of dis assembly is not exactly correct. If you going to use it with a new phone you are risking of braking the lens bezel ($10-14). The correct order is to take the back cover as a first step and then remove the bezel with a sharp tiny razor. This is how professionals in Motorola are doing that. It is important not to pull the bezel upward from the phone in a first place. Rather cut the adhesive below it and slowly and carefully detach with rotating sidewise moves.
