  Its 2024 and I still feel its a mistake from google selling moto to lenovo after they used the patents. This was my second smartphone back in the day and this was the phone that started the trend towards cheap phones without compromising much on performance. My friend had a Google Play Edition which also received around 3 years of update. This was the to go phone for students before we were invaded with Chinese brands.

  So the only concern is that the google bought the motorola and after release of these two products (Moto G and Moto X) sold the company to lenovo. so the concern is, will the product Moto G be available in Indian markets to buy after a year?

  I got this phone moto g after seeing your review. Today I received the same from Flipkart. Device looks great and awesome performance for its price. But the UI is not up to the mark.
  
  Simple option like AM & PM not display in notification bar, Battery percentage not display on notification bar, Toggle mobile data switch not available on notification bar, Silent switch not available in notification bar.
  
  I had used this phone for a day and found all these issues, and you are using for a very long time and why you not mentioned these issues.
  
  Requesting to do a settings menu in depth review for us.

  i am using moto g (16 gb) from last 15 day,good phone bt  i am facing some problem.... after you use moto for 5-8 mins the battery of phone gets little warm and some its gets hot when you are not using it,just kept in pockets.
  
  i checked batter temperate its normally on 34-35 degrees.... after playing games or browsing  it goes  to 41-42 degrees.but still you can feel the heat from battery? could please guide me on this issue? what is normal temperature?
  please reply as early as possible so that i can take necessary action,as phone is in replaceable warranty.

  Hi Ranjit i got the 16 GB fm flipkart its works well but have 1 question about the display.When i come to home screen or lock and come bk,i observed slight blackish colour near the bottom of the screen thts back,home,recent app button and also above the google bar at the top.my question is this that is it same for the moto g u tested.? if you want i can share the screen shots for better clarification.
