  Do not buy this hpone its complete shit. Mine died within 2 months of use freezing and falling apart and I dont abuse my phones at all. Got it replaced TWICE AND STILL doesnt work. Piece of shit.

  About 4 weeks ago I got a Nokia 6350 to replace an older phone. My main menu looks nothing like what is shown at 2:00 on this video. For example, there is no "Names" on the lower right corner; mine is "Media". In addition the scrolling icons "at the top here" are not on my phone at all. Any idea why this might be? "Quick access" "shortcuts" don't seem to be available, at least as shown in this video. Help.....
