  I'm having the same problem as NBAXXX. His comment is just spot on, I sent my phone to a 3 technician to repair, I received it 9 days later. Most of my contact details have disappeared and I cannot unlock my phone from the touch screen, I have to keep removing the battery. It's a real shame because it's a contract phone and still have to pay the monthly fee. So watch it guys.

  If you're seriously considering this phone, DON'T GET IT! Take it from me who has owned it for almost 2 years. There are numerous amount of bugs like no other phone I've used in the past, the main ones being spontaneous freezing (forcing you to remove and replacing the battery in position), and touchscreen misalignment which usually causes you to touch the screen in another area close to the desired location on the phone. This phone was undoubtedly rushed in its production as it clearly shows.

  This phone is nothing but useless!! It worked for a few months but then started to switch itself off every time a text came in!! Now the buttons will not respond and so trying to call a number or write a text is almost impossible!! I believe it has a warrenty for 2 years and if thats true its going back to Nokia!!
