  @kittles156 alright uhm i had this problem to what i did was called customer care- 1 800 331 0500 talk to a customer service professional tell them your problem they will probably have you turn your phone off and they will reset it, dont worry you wont lose anything on your phone, they will reset your connection settings which allows you to retrieve and send MM messages. then when they ask you to turn your phone off it shoul work and they will have you test it out, call on a diff phone not yours

  they come in neutral colors...if u want girly colors that is what cases are for. the flight is too huge to come in different colors.

  the internet sucks. it's either too small or too large. it's a fail since i live on the internet, and if it doesn't have headphones it's really a fail, fail. the keys are so spongy soft which i love.

  @zig3 on the keyboard all the way at the bottom left corner you will see a button that says shift. press it till you see at the top right corner of you screen show "ABC" this means all caps.

  i have this phone.... when you are getting a text message in and trying to type one, it runs very slowly. and also, it has a good battery life . the phone crackles when it is put too loud. although, i do like it some... you can set different message tones for contacts. that way when you get a text message, you can set a different tone for every person. the touch screen is great. i love my phone... but only certain things i don't like. the phone is VERY durable and like i said i do like it.

  @allan732100 i dont have this phone but am about to get it and this is the advanced the version of the propel which i have. So if its like the propel you have to buy a cheap plug in that goes into the charger slot and then plugs into the traditional headset. So yes, not directly but Yes it does
