  Hi i was looking at your video and i have one ? I have this phone i like it a lot but i can not receive phone calls. I can not hear the person that is calling me nor can they hear me what's up with that can you tell me is that a mechanical error or is my phone not working? Everything works fine except that feature. I can not look at the Manuel because i bought with out all those things real cheap. I can text and so on but just that problem i mentioned. Can u help? please let me know. jp

  I think that either AT&T or Samsung rigged these phones to last just long enough for the 2 year contract to run out. I'm convinced. There is a timer built into the Impression that makes it self destruct after 2 years because it was working alright for about a year and after that I had to keep turning it off and on to send texts. And then suddenly when the 2 year contract was up, days later the screen stopped working. Piece of crap. Getting the Galaxy Note tomorrow.

  This was my first "Smart"phone. Tap on Messaging and it would pause and display Initializing for up to a minute, then reboot itself. Terrible lag, random restarts, just an awful phone all around.

  I have to say this phone is good but it has its flaws. -Keys stick -Puts random periods in places -Sometimes have to restart phone because it won't send message -You must have light to film or take a pic. It sucks in darkness. It's good with everything else.

  Okay this phone was just a pain if you are a texter and going to be texting like crazy this phone just sucks nothing else you can say about it I hated this phone it wouldn't even get texts for me and I will text a good 100+ texts most days and it caused nothing but drama really cause when you are trying to get a text that you need to get and you didn't know that your phone needed to be restarted its like wtf. This phone was the worst phone I ever had.

  I have an iPhone 4 now, but I did have this phone for 2 years and although it had it's glitches, it was one of the best phones I've owned. The touch screen would sometimes freeze, it wouldn't send a message, and the keyboard would repeat a letter if you only press it once. (This only happened every once in a while though) I will admit though, it was a good phone and the overall slim, slide grip and style of the phone is what I miss most about it.

  This was my favorite phone i've ever owned.. But one daymy touch screen just stopped responding . everything else works fine on it.. but the touch screen just won't work . I must say the eternity i had is much more durable . It's a great phone though for the less technology-abled people.

  So my screen is broken on this phone but the touch screen and keyboard still works.   people!!! u know that if your going to get internet you get the iphone nothing else if you want good performance internet wise, and second dont blame the phone for your stupidity, if you drop it all the time its your fault that it doesnt work. Mine has worked fine and i love it.

  texts dont send after about 40(have to turn off the phone and turn it back on), keys stick and double the letters up all the time screen just recently started to go black every time i slide it open answer key stopped working so i have to call everyone back.... bottom line, terrible phone

  @MsGeorgiaGirl1 please get the Flight 2. These are featurephones. They don't get updates like smartphones, as a matter of fact they don't get any. That being said, the Flight 2 is a newer version of the Impression in a way. These comments are all true. I know because I had the Impression and it was a bad phone. So get the Flight 2.

  @parksman2112 It's beyond glitchy. Mine, personally, would turn itself off randomly and would sometimes not notify I had a message. When that happened, if I checked my inbox by chance, I couldn't reply to the message anyway until I totally restarted the phone. The keys are sticky and sometimes will type maaany of the same letter you touched once. It's beyond frustrating.

  I miss this phone sooooooo much.. it was the best phone ive ever had.. it lasted me over a year.... and i cant remember how many times i dropped it.... i even dropped it ina bowl of soup and it still worked... and got it wet when i washed my car... my dog got a hold of it... my son would get it and throw it... and it never messed up. I wish they still offered this phone bc i would so get it again...

  @1210528 yeah, its really great fro about the first month that you have it, but then it becomes AWFUL. I have had it for less than a year and the keyboard barely works (skips letters or triples them), practically none of the menu items or the calendar works because the touch screen barely ever works, and at least once a week it freezes up and only works after restarting it a bunch of times. And I take really good care of it (I've only dropped it once).

  THIS PHONE IS TERRIBLE. ive never had so many problems on one phone before. 1. sometimes the messages you send dont send so you have to restart the phone. 2. The screen randomly stopped working after a year. It was HELL taking a pencil eraser and using my thumbs to press so hard to get my screen to work. 3. When i would type using the keyboard it would skip letters if i was typing too fast. PLEASE! just save your self the trouble and dont get this phone.

  I have had this phone for a few months now and I kinda hate it. If you are a person like me that wants customization on your phone, this is not the one. You can't change your lockscreen background, you can't use your mp3's on your phone as a ringtone, and you can't change the theme of the phone. There are also many problems on this phone, for one sometimes when you send a text message it doesn't send and you have to shut your phone off and turn it back on to send it.

  I really enjoy my Impression, my sisters does freeze after about 100 messages though which, can be once or more a day. Since I never really do more than 50 texts a day, I haven't had the problem. Every phone has it's faults and I won't deny that, but for my first full keyboard phone, I was impressed!
