  I do not like my Epic. Especialy since i switched from a Iphone to this. I had to switch my phone because sprint didnt carry it when i switched to sprint. A WEEK LATER THEY DID. they didnt even tell me they were going to carry it either. The phone lags to much. btw Iowa does not carry 4g and sprints 3g sucks booty hole. The camera is good but not great. The screen is good but not great. battery life is better then the EVO. My bro had the EVO. Now he has the Iphone 4s. yes im pissed

  @Tassco28 The battery life does suck yeah, but it is still a good phone. My biggest problem is the Youtube app sucks and is always buffering on 3G speeds and I do not have 4G coverage in my area yet. I am not sure if the Youtube app is much better on 4G speeds or not, But trying to watch videos on it on 3G speeds are frustating

  7 months later still no update to 2.2 They have seem to have abandoned the people that bought into the Hype. Like an idiot I bought 2. Biggest mistake was trading in an EVO for the slide out keyboard.

  I'd rather have this phone than the Evo. I prefer physical keyboards and this has the best one I've seen. IMO you'd look really obnoxious if you pulled out the Evo on a bus or a train or something and started surfing the web or texting. With this at least you don't draw attention to yourself.

  This phone has poor reception and gets dropped calls every month. I'm an epic user and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Its a nice phone but sprints network and this phone are AWFUL!

  she didn't even mention that the sprint tv stopped playing...and its not because she had a 3G signal. are all these reviewers paid by sprint? i was in a sprint store today and both the evo and epic showed they had 4G service, but neither could play more than a couple seconds of YouTube or Sprint TV before buffering for 5 to 30 seconds to play another couple seconds. I have never seen sprint tv or you tube work in dallas tx.

  @mindsoulbody i like sprint.....i been with them for 2 yrs and my contract ends november 1st....but i might do another 2 yr just cause i wouldn't mind having the samsung epic.....plus at my job, we get 25% off so that's even better but in overall even w/o the discount i love sprint and may keep it just a lil bit longer :-) i say the only thing i hate about sprint is when u recieve ur bill look at it carefully cause i had alot of surpise shit on there at first but now everything is good

  I dint notice that much of a difference in size between the epic and droid 2... epic seems to have more screen real estate but droid 2 overall look about the same size... and the evo looked much bigger... personally her comment on size seem a little askew to me...

  @Nate88Music oh i agree i would kill to have hummingbird processor in my nexus, the speed on froyo would be amazing! but its so easy to do whatever i want to my n1 without any carrier branding or anything i just dont wanna give it up yet :P i figure i will get a new one when the rumored dual core android phones start comin out 2 600 mhz cores for a total of 1.2 ghz. since all other phones right now i consider the "same gen" as the n1 since they all have same 1 ghz at the moment.

  i wish one of these would come out for GSM when i upgrade my N1 i want something like this a great 5 row keyboard 4.0 SAMOLED screen 5mpx cam is fine i dont use the cam that much. this phone would be the perfect upgrade if it were for ATT or TMO i dont see the point in upgrading to the captivate or vibrant since the only difference between em and the N1 is .3 inchs of screen and SAMOLED instead of AMOLED

  I like her voice too. It's like a comforting mother. I gotta say though, if you can get flash in Froyo 2.2, i believe that pretty much beats out the iPhone automatically. Think of all the stuff you can get (porn). The flash hack on iPhone doesn't seem as effective (for porn).
