  Froze all the time. Very slow. I used it until I got a iPhone 5s. The iPhone was light years better. So damn fast and responsive. It never froze. The iPhone 5s is still my favorite phone of all time. Before Apple when with the ugly rounded edges. The 5s was elegant looking.

  This phone is a POS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT!!! Runs slow (even when all apps are closed and not much stored on it), camera takes several seconds just to snap a photo (not to mention it's quality sucks!), trying to transfer files via USB is hit or miss being the phone doesn't want to be read by the computer, messages take forever to send and will fail often plus the messaging app will freeze constantly [especially when trying to attach photos/videos], messages will show as "Sending" or "failed" yet they will still go through, duplicate messages will be sent out thus irritating the recipients with the same thing being sent up to FIVE times, GPS will take forever to find you plus will freeze during your route, Bluetooth takes forever to activate, service cuts out and calls constantly being dropped- even when standing still- especially when a low flying plane goes overhead [I kid you not, I've tested this theory several times!]
  
  And yes, my phone was UTD with the latest firmware, T-mobile's customer service sucked= only offering to replace the phone [with the exact same POS model] or have you constantly restore it to factor settings with no success of fixing the issues, and Samsung didn't want to admit that there were issues/glitches with this product.

  i've had this phone for two years and it sucks. It is sooooooo slow and the camera doesn't even have zoom. On the bright side i have dropped it on hard surface at least 10 times including a time where i was running on pavement and i threw it with flinging motion, it hasn't broken. still strong
