  My mom bought this phone when it came out and returned it because she didn't think it was necessary and it was confusing. I loved it and spend hours everyday with it until she returned it.

  I'm thinking about getting this phone. I'm not planning on downloading a bunch of games or apps, and my alternative phone is the myTouch. But I really don't know how to decide because they both have issues. Plus, this one costs less.

  There is actually a landscape keypad on the screen- i use it when texting or searching videos all the time. The phone itself is really durable- I've dropped it many times and apart from scratches on the frame, the screen is completely fine! After a year it really starts to go bad, tho. My battery got really bloated and wouldn't charge, and I had to get a new one. It's also been failing to send text messages a lot, and it can get pretty laggy. If anything, I'd recommend it as a kid's first phone.

  Ive had this phone for a few years now. It started off fine, no real problems (zoom for camera is volume keys, what?) But it gets worse as time goes on. It has less than 2 gigs of storage, it can barely hold all my contacts and all 2 apps without saying out of memory. Have to delete ALL text messages once done with conversation. The battery life is seriously so awful now that I cant rely on it at all, 3 hours continuous use and like 6 of regular, not worth the money

  I'm 10 I got this phone a year ago and it's annoying. I left it in my backpack in my locker last year, and it started ringing. I grabbed the phone quickly and turned it off all the way, yet it still rang. It's crap. don't get it.

  The samsung galaxy q and smart are not the same. Galaxy smart... is how wouldu say a prototype of the q. Q has almost 200 gb of space landscape keyboard, only comes in black faster than the smart, the swiping of home menus is smooth and slower, plus never runs out of "recieving messages" space. Once past 200 mgs it deletes old one. Get the q not smart

  the memory thing happens with a lot of phones. its cuz when you wanna download big apps (as im guessin you are) it checks cache first or something and if theres not enough space there it'll stop the download. happens with other androids not just this one. try clearing cache

  This phone is the crappiest piece of shit I've ever used. It says "low memory" and doesn't let me receive texts when I still have 15MB left of space. I only have like 3 apps downloaded, and it says my memory is full. This phone is also SLOW AS HELL. The processor sucks. Also, doesn't support certain apps. DO NOT BUY.

  This phone is shitty! Today marks the 2nd time I've had to return it to T-Mobile, because it doesn't hold any internal memory! Forget about downloading more than 4 or 5 apps, music, etc., you'll get the memory error message and it does not go away no matter how much you delete! I chatted with an online customer support rep and she said the memory is a 'known defect' with this phone. If that's the case, why the heck is T-Mobile still selling it? I've lost a lot of respect for them! ...bitches

  I have the same phone except its Blue or whatever. Anyway, there's messages that keep popping up like "Message Memmory Full. Incoming message rejected. Please delete some items to receive thismessage." And there's 2 more that say "Visual voicemail inbox full; New messages will not be downloaded" and "Low on space. Internal phone storage is getting low". I delete multiple things besides my pictures and I only have 14 pictures and no history or messages on my call log and text messages please help
