  Hi Martianluvsgames, In the situation you are in I would suggest to call 611 from your metro phone. Explain to them the situation that you are having. What they will do is reset your phone from "their" end and they will ask you to power off and then power on the phone. I think they call it a "refresh". best of luck, -Adrian M.
