  My dad had this phone back when it came out in 2011. Felt extremely quick at the time and was great for games like Angry Birds. 9 year old me was stunned by this thing. I currently have an S23 Ultra but it's good to look back and appreciate where we came from.

  DON'T GET IT!!!!! I have had MetroPCS for 7 months and right off the bat purchased Samsung Galaxy Indulge and IT SUCKS...... i have had to replace the phone 5 times through NO fault of my own. (did not drop it etc.) there is a mechanical problem with the slide and when i would flip it up it would shut down.... 5 phones in 7 months and the same s**t happens. DON'T DO IT YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY.

  @lizzard00razer nope i have this phone!! and the lady told me it did have a front camera! but it dint it has two light sensors that looks like a camera. but no!! it does not! they do have the lg esteem and Samsung galaxy attain now! and they both have cameras! :D

  I cannot believe this guy. He is so negative, everything that comes out his mouth is nothing but negative comments about this phone. Plainly, he just doesn't like Metropcs, or probably had a bad experience with a Metro rep. To me, overall Metro has come a long ways, services are much better, their customer service dept is now more helpful, I have called them a few times with favorable results. Overall, I love this phone. To all you Metro haters, great service and no jail term contracts. Awesome

  First of all...you CANT compare it to a Verizon phone dahhhhh..........and in a way the metro pcs phone is better because the verizon phone is under contract and the metropcs is NOT!!!!!!! So if i wanted to just stop paying for the bill for the metro phone it would not mess up my credit like verizon would!!!!!!!!!!!

  My Metro Pcs Black berry internet is super slow..But @ $60 a mont i could care less...Plus i can text my family n friends around the world for free.. I will in time up grade to a 4g metro pcs phone!!! I NEver get drops calls on metro...as i did on sprint..

  I'm looking for another phone and have narrowed it down to this one or the LG Optimus V. The V is $100 less and seems to work pretty fast but Il ike the physical qwerty of the Samsung as opposed to the virtual one. Ugh I can't decide

  I have no idea what was up with your indulge? My indulge always gets up to 5 megabits/second and same with about the 9 other friends of mine that use it who are in various states. 1.33 mbps? Guys don't judge it based on this one video. I guarantee you go to just about any other speed test and at the very least you'll see 4 mbps.

  lol, you call that "4g" ? in sweden we get up to 21mbit on 3g network, up to 80-100mbit on 4g.. (we have usb modems but no real TRUE 4g phone that I know of)

  Also the area you live in determines your 4g speeds. here in LA the dl speed is around 4.5mbits down and 3mbits up.

  It really depends on where you are when conducting these speed tests. I have seen some users like shino4757 get 5 mbps download and 5mbps upload on his Samsung Galaxy Indulge. One should take these speed tests with a grain of salt. It is all in correlation to how far you are positioned from a tower, the time of day the tests are conducted and so on. For example on Verizons 3G network I get anywhere from 0.14 mbps to 2.4 mbps.
