  Owned one of these units and enjoyed it quite a bit from September 2010 when they were technically 11 months old, to October 2011, when they were technically two years old. I'm now using also another prepaid Samsung, but it's much newer. It is the 2017 Galaxy Express Prime 2, on AT&T prepaid, with the $65 plan, giving me 22 GB of high-speed, I never run out.

  I have had this phone for almost 3 years, sice it was my first real phone i didnt care for some of the prblems but now its jus out of controll it has a least 3 hours of it being charged and turns off if i move it a certain way.... I reccomend not getting it :P net10/tracfone have better phones.

  The only big problem with this phone is the fact that the Alt Key does not work like Shift does, it toggles so you have to press it when you want numbers and then press it AGAIN when you don't need it...it gets hella tedious pretty fast...

  Now they have it with straight talk ! I am so getting this one! But what i did with the pics and videos is I have a cell phone that I use to have with 3.0 mp nd that is good ! so I saved it to the card from that phone and then put it in that phone :)

  This is a really cheap phone. The browser is so slow. It barely picks up signal. It might seem durable since you can drop it a million times without it breaking. I wouldn't recommend it.

  I've had this phone for a year or so and I freakin love it. PROS: I only spend $20 a month on minutes (I have 3 cent text messages) and I can MAKE my own friggin ringtones! LOVE♥it! I also have a 16 GB micro SD in mine and have yet to run out of room. CONS: sometimes when I shut it too hard it will shut off but other than that it's good! My bf doens't take care of his (lots of dirt and crud) and lately (after a year or so) his has a hard time sliding ... time for a new one!

  Do not get this phone. Had it for over a year, there are problems that will align down the line like Random shutting of, inability to leave voicemails, inability to receive texts, short battery life, etc. Net10 has the LG 900G. A far better phone.

  @BFFracheldestiny yeah this phone sucks.Ive already had it for 6 months or so and its a pain the ass. the lg optimus v is way better.HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIRGIN MOBILE=] good thing I'm finally getting out of this plan with this cheap as phone and switching to US CELLULAR and getting the HTC DESIRE.

  @JaronGrammer Some people like personalization, and for me that's the number one thing. Having just been in Japan, a cell phone without a phone strap holder would never sell there. I decorate my phone with lots of souvenirs I received from there, so the way I decorate my phone is personal and important. But I bought it, and it has the loop, so I'm a happy camper :)

  nicely done. my only complaint is that for some reason my t401g on the qwerty will insert more than one letter when pressed for example I might get two J's instead of the intended one J. shown like this JJ. I cant get it to stop and seems to be some sorta glitch other than that its an incredible phone best one ive ever owned

  everything about this phone is better except that the r451c has a better qwarty keyboard and can hold full mp3 files. t401g looks better and can also do the video and take pictures where the r451c cant. one of my friends got the t401g and she really likes it. i am considering to get one of these but idk which one. i am 14 tho but i have no idea which one would be more helpful??? or that i would like???

  how many minutes does it cost you when sending a photo or video because when i send a picture or video then it charges me like 5.5 minutes total and net10 said that they couldnt do anything for me at all and the codes they gave me didnt work and they said that my phone was charging the right amount of minutes according to their computer.
