  I have been using this since 5 years... Completely in love with it and satisfied.. unfortunately, now in India this phone doesn't support 3G,4G networks 🤦. So planning to change as Internet (mobile data) doesn't work in this model anymore

  I got gold one..well whatever but I love this smartphone. Screen is huge. I got big fingers so fits perfectly. Nice RAM memory - very useful and also internal memory is impressive. I love play games on this phone and enjoying with movies or YouTube. Most liked by male than female. As phone is the coolest device from Sony even when I hate Android software.

  I purchased this phone October 2017, and it just broke last April 4. I wouldn't recommend it at all. 4GB of RAM isn't enough, and so is 2700 mAh battery life. It lags a lot too. The camera is bad as well. Maybe because this is a midrange phone from a company that doesn't put much into their midrangers and only gives all the nice features to their flagship phones.

  worst phone i everrrr had. charging port started to wear out on me. i replaced it and not even one year later....exact same problem....the phone lags alot and even fken restarts randomly cause system ui software crashes....i dont even snap anymore cuz by the time snapchat opens and camera loaded the moment is gone....fk man... i havent even owned this phone for 2years yet......still paying it off too...now im contemplating should i buy a new phone be in debt fpr another grand or fix the charging port gain for the 2nd time....very disappointing...sorry sony i think u lost me on this one. switching back to samsung or apple...havent decided yet

  I am suing Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra after the oreo update my phone lcd graphic got flicking fuzzy and not working as it should. Don't update from 7.1.2 to Oreo. I am glad it is still under 1 year warranty meaning this phone won't even last longer then 1 year!

  The phone is nice looking. But it's unreliable close to a year. I purchase a xa and xa1 ultra next generation. Close to year after use it starts to have hardware failure. Xa it was the lcd screen it started to blur and failed. Xa1 the one I have battery failure... Luckily under warranty Sony is kind enough to replace.

  Their phones look fantastic but they just drain money from the US with them. They're awful. Had 3 and they all had something wrong with them. One had ghost touch, (XA1 Ultra) and the other 2 got hotter than hell, and that caused them to freeze ironically. I want to like them, but they make it so hard to do so.

  i love this phone especially the bezel-less design and the feeling and touch, i have 5 sony phones including the xz premium and Z5 premium but i have to say i like this phone the most. I still have the 6.4" Z Ultra as well but find it too big now to carry outside in the pockets especially due to its massive bezels, this 6" XA1 Ultra would be perfect.

  Phone is trash. The screen moves my screen saver down by resizing the picture and turning 1/4 of the screen jet black. I charged the phone last night or so I thought. Its charge is at 45% right now. Battery life is garbage NOW the phone won't charge?!!!! Never occurred to me that I'd need to purchase some kind of warranty.   BATTERY NEEDS TO BE CHARGED TWICE DAILY DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PHONES SCREEN SIZE EITHER! there is an inch and a half that remains black. Their is no real purpose to the phone size because that means almost 2 inches the near inch at the top the near in at the bottom is useless decoration. NEVER buying Sony again .I'm 60 years old I remember when No One outdid Sony. I reference my age because I am not talking on the phone to drain the battery may send texts throughout the day. Unresponsive just purchased in November is poor quality. Should have purchased another Huawei. I STILL have a RESPONSIVE ascend mate 2. Huawei knows it's good charges more than I can afford to pay. But Sony is trash. Too many good phones to deal with unresponsive non sense. Of course you can't call Sony and get help. Why should Sony speak with a customer. My Huawei was so dependable Still works. I didn't feel I needed a warranty with this phone........WRONG. WORTHLESS WITHIN 6 MONTHS 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  This phone is shit, Had it for 6 months, constant bluetooth problems and mobile data just cuts out sometimes. Have to restart my phone 3 times a day. Pass on this garbage and just get the XA2 ultra as it seems all the problems have been fixed.

  I brought a new xperia xa1 ultra device on 4 month before, I gave my device two times to sony repair center for mic issue and softwar hanging issue on this period. Finally I requested to them for a new device regarding the same issues. but they are inform me only they can do repair work, replacement is not possible.
  Now I am very disappointed the attitude of Sony and I feel why brought Sony xperia device. if anyone faced this kind of situation please advice me what to do?
