  Not a phablet. The 7 inch screen means nothing. It is still too small because the phone is thin like a normal phone which means the aspect ratio is bad at giving you the sense of a big screen. The 6.4 inch screen on my Mi Max 2 will definitely look much bigger next do it because of the 16:9 aspect ratio.

  This product is an engineering failure IMO. For its size, the battery size is underwhelming, especially considering that Asus crams in a 6000mAh battery in its ROG phones. Second, the cameras are average at best [judging by the samples provided] and for its size, the headphone jack and expandable memory should have been provided. The software [functional as it is] seems bloated, which means updates are going to be sketchy at best.
  To be honest, I was looking forward to this device to replace my ageing M51 as a jack of all trades [especially in the battery department], but I just know it can't. The search continues.
