  i ordered redmi note 3 32gb variant on 9th march i.e. the first flash sale and received my product on 12th march but when i opened the box i saw that the product have some scratches on lower corner. soon i call mi customer care they told me that my device will get pick up soon from my home and i will get my product within 15-18 days . and after 15 days my device is still with me no one has come to pick my device and from last 9 days they are saying that my device will get picked up i have to wait. the service provided by mi is really pathetic, you have no respect for the time of the customer.
